Signs scope, owns go / no-go, and reviews evidence pack defensibility.
- Compliance
Validates obligation mappings and control actions against your framework.
- CISO / Security
Confirms integration posture, data flows, and fail-closed defaults on governed paths.
- Procurement
Reviews commercial terms, DPA, and sub-processor artefacts where applicable.
Exit criteria
Before any production commitment, the pilot committee should be able to answer yes to each of the following.
- Evidence pack holds under legal review
- Obligation mappings are defensible for your jurisdiction
- Procurement has artefacts needed for vendor diligence
- Committee agrees whether to proceed to enterprise deployment
